Q2. What are the things I should keep in mind while creating a matrimonial profile?

A. A Profile ID is a unique combination of alphabet and numbers (e.g SRM######) . Its important to identify you uniquely, a Profile ID is assigned to you when you register with us for further references and login purposes.

Q4. Can I choose my own Profile ID?

A. No. All the members will be provided with an exclusive https://www.sunrisematrimony.com PROFILE ID which cannot be changed. Password provided initially can be changed as needed by the user.

A. All the profiles are validated before inclusion in the database. Validation of profiles is done manually, which takes 24 hours. Our support team meticulously validates each and every profile carefully on specific criterion before it is added to our database.SMS/ E-mail will be sent to you once the profile is validated and added.

Q3. On what criteria is a profile validated?

A. We doesn’t encourage Dating or Friendship relation between members, we keep Traditional / Ancestral / Personal values of Indian Cultural. We categorically ignore profiles that are submitted by underage persons, and profiles that contain abusive content. We reject profiles that contain invalid data such as added for fun/looking for friendship/not related to marriage. We try and maintain the highest quality in the database we serve to ensure only members who are serious about marriage make use of the service.

Q4. How can a free member extend the validity period of a free membership?

  • By upgrading the user’s free membership to paid membership, the user may continue to access their matrimony profile from the date of activation, till expiry date or up to marriage.
  • If the user is not upgrading their profile, it will be visible to other paid members for 12 months. During this period the user can upgrade their profile to paid membership.

  • To become a paid member the user has to upgrade their profile. For this the user is required to register through online registration or fill up registration through any of the SUNRISE MATRIMONY branch offices.

  • The paid members can avail an extensive search for suitable profile.
  • The paid member can view the address and contact numbers of their profile matches.

Q3. How do a user upgrade their free matrimonial profile to paid membership?

  • The user can choose any of the payment methods specified in SUNRISE MATRIMONY site to upgrade their profile to paid membership.
  • The user can either make their payment directly by visiting any of our SUNRISE MATRIMONY offices or send payments to our offices by cash, cheque, DD/MO. We also accept online payments.

Q1. How do a user login to their profile?

A. Click on login button and enter your “E-mail ID” and “Password” in respective fields and click on the “Login” button to access to your account.

Q2. Why “invalid E-mail ID/Password” is being displayed when the user try to login?

A. This occurs due to any of the following reasons:

  • The user might have entered incorrect E-mail ID/ Password
  • By typing unnecessary spaces in E-mail ID/ password (the E-mail ID and Passwords are Key sensitive).

Q3. What should the user do if the user forgot their E-mail ID / Password?

  • If the user forgot their E-mail ID or password, click on the “Forgot?” link in the right side of the login window, provide your registered mobile number to the field and click submit/Login. The user will receive a SMS to their registered mobile number with new Profile ID/ Password.

A. To get in touch with interested profiles, login with E-mail ID and password, search for your matches. In the search result page, click on “contact” button to send a message to the member, expressing your interest.

Q3. How can the user get the contact details of other members such as Phone number and address?

A. If the user is a paid member of https://www.sunrisematrimony.com, then he/she can view other member’s phone number and address. Contact details are available in website, mobile app or branch offices.

Q4. Is it possible to contact a non member to contact a registered member?

A. No. as a non member user, he/she can only search a few profiles, but to contact them he/she have to be a https://www.sunrisematrimony.com paid member.

Q1. How do a user add a photo to their profile?

  • To add photo to user profile, login with E-mail ID and Password.
  • Click on link where the user name is displayed on the top right side of the window. Click on the edit profile section. Then click the “Add photo” link.
  • Click the browse button and select the photo in .jpg format and click upload.

Q2. How many photos the user can add?

  • The user can add up to ten photos to their profile.
  • The photo must be in .jpg format no larger than 5MB

Q3. What are the other ways to add photos?

  • The user can email their photos to info{{ config('siteVars.url') }} indicating the user’s Email ID and password.
  • Send the photos with Profile ID to our WhatsApp numbers provided in the website.
  • If the user do not have a digital (scanned) photo, visit any of our branch offices and submit your photo directly we will upload your photo to your profile free of cost.

Q4. What is photo validation process?

A. Every photo posted on our website involves a manual screening with some terms and conditions. The turnaround time for validation is 24 hours. Only after the photo is validated it will be available to all members to see.

Q5. How to delete photos?

A. Login using E-Mail ID and Password. Click on link where the user name is displayed on the top right side of the window. Click on the edit profile section. Enhance the photo by clicking on the photo. Click delete link and delete the photo.

Q6. How will the user’s profile be viewed by others?

A. Free members can view all your details except your family details and contact details. Paid members can view all your details including all the contact details you have provided.

Q1. What are the different modes of payment?

  • The user can make online payments through credit card/ debit card, net banking, SUNRISE MATRIMONY offices, payment associates etc.
  • The user can sent the payment to any of our branch offices located nearest your place, through cash, cheque or DD/MO. Payments should be in Indian currency only. We also have a payment collection at doorstep facility in selected cities, at free of cost

Whether you want to add a profiler into our Online Gold, Support Gold, Affluent Platinum and Affluent Diamond membership category or upgrade your existing “free” profile to Online Gold, Support Gold, Affluent Platinum and Affluent Diamond membership category, we will visit you at your home or office and collect the payment. This service is currently available in selected locations across Andhrapradesh with free of cost.

Login with E-Mail ID and Password. You will directed to “Dashboard” window with matching profiles. Click on “Shortlist” button on Desired Profile page to shortlist that profile.
